24.74

下明第四於得所為應當了知，又此諸界，能隨獲得八解脫定。當知初界，能隨獲得第一第二者，光明界攝初一解脫也。其第二界能隨獲得第三等者，第二清淨界攝淨解脫。其餘五界，如其次第，能隨獲得五解脫定者，其四無色界攝四無色解脫，滅界攝滅盡解脫也。

Below, it clarifies the fourth gateway, the purpose of attainment should be known: 'Furthermore, these realms are able to compliantly attain the eight concentrations of liberation. It should be known that the first realm is able to compliantly attain the first and second': the realm of light subsumes the first liberation. 'Its second realm is able to compliantly attain the third and so forth': the second, the pure realm, subsumes the pure liberation. 'The remaining five realms, in their proper sequence, are able to compliantly attain the five concentrations of liberation': the four formless realms subsume the four formless liberations, and the realm of cessation subsumes the liberation of cessation.
