3.25

解云：謗法太重超於逆類故不立也。或且對人說逆故，此約謗大法說。若依薩遮尼犍子經說：五逆者，謗三乘法為第二逆也。

Explanation: Slandering the Dharma is so excessively grave that it surpasses the category of heinous transgressions; therefore, it is not established [as one of them]. Alternatively, [the five ānantaryas] are stated provisionally in relation to persons; this explanation applies to slandering the Great Dharma. If we rely on what is stated in the Satyakanirgrantha Sūtra: ‘Among the five heinous transgressions, slandering the Dharma of the Three Vehicles is the second heinous transgression.’
