十一、增有二義：一、增當苦故，二、增後支故，滅二返此。言一切有支，純大苦聚為後果故者，謂生老死大苦聚。

Eleventh, 'increase' has two meanings: first, increasing future suffering; second, increasing subsequent links. 'Extinction' has two meanings opposite to these. As for the statement 'all links of existence have a pure, great mass of suffering as their subsequent fruition': it refers to the great mass of suffering of birth, old age, and death.
