言發正方便者，發起修慧斷惑方便，所有聞思相應作意與前別者，前不為聞思所雜，此唯取聞思相應，此疏意言，色界亦有思慧。

'To initiate correct means' means to initiate the means of wisdom arisen from cultivation to sever afflictions. The mental applications conjoined with listening and contemplation differ from the preceding one: the preceding one is not mixed with listening and contemplation, whereas this one solely takes what is conjoined with listening and contemplation. The intention of this commentary is that the form realm also has wisdom arisen from contemplation.
