若已離者，見者色想安立現前名為有色；彼於如是所解脫中，已得解脫者，釋解脫義，其所觀色於欲界所解脫中，已得解脫故。

If one has already abandoned it, the seer's notion of form is established and present, which is called "having form." "He, with respect to what is thus to be liberated, has already attained liberation" explains the meaning of liberation: because the contemplated forms have already attained liberation with respect to what is to be liberated in the desire realm.
