次依如理智入遍處解脫，勝解神通者，隨所意解皆能稱遂，遠作近解屈申臂頃至色究竟等，轉反神通等，轉換舊形而作異相。又勝解通意解思惟，轉變神通能成實事。

Next, one enters the totalities and liberations based on the knowledge of reality. As for the supernormal power of resolve (adhimokṣa-abhijñā): whatever one resolves in mind, it is accomplished accordingly, such as resolving the distant into the near, reaching Akaniṣṭha within the time it takes to bend or extend an arm, and the supernormal power of transformation, which transforms former shapes to produce different appearances. Furthermore, the supernormal power of resolve is mental resolution and conceptualization, whereas the supernormal power of transformation can effect actual reality.
