三三摩地中，文分為三：初別明三摩地行境別相；次明三摩地行別境同相；後釋先後次第妨難。初之一門安立諦行；其第二門非安立行。初之一門別相行，次之一門通相行，是謂差別。

Regarding the three samādhis, the text is divided into three: first, separately clarifying the distinct characteristics of the practice and objective sphere of samādhi; next, clarifying the identical characteristics of the practice and objective sphere of samādhi; and finally, resolving objections regarding their sequence. The first gate pertains to the practice of the conventional [aspects of] truth; the second gate pertains to the practice of the unestablished truth. The first gate is practice of particular characteristics; the next gate is practice of common characteristics—this is the distinction.
