4.32

由此定等，無悔歡喜安樂所引者，謂由持戒心便無悔，無悔故歡喜，歡喜故安樂，安樂故得定，故此等引非於欲界，亦非欲界中於法全無審正觀察。

'Induced by non-regret, joy, and ease due to this concentration, etc.': this means that due to keeping the precepts, the mind has no regret; because there is no regret, there is joy; because there is joy, there is ease; because there is ease, one attains concentration. Therefore, this equipoise does not belong to the desire realm, nor is it that within the desire realm there is an utter absence of precise and correct observation of phenomena.
