云何謂住加行究竟作意故也，後十五句中，作意趣入等四一一翻前，文相可解。
Why? Because it says 'abiding in preparatory ultimate attention'. Among the last fifteen clauses, the four beginning with 'attention entering into' invert each of the preceding ones in turn, and the textual phrasing is readily understood.
