對治增減邊執者，執有我用名為增益，撥法性無名為損減，此依三乘通境界說，不說法增及真如滅。

Regarding 'countering extreme clinging to superimposition and deprecation': clinging to the existence of a self's activity is called superimposition; denying that phenomenal nature exists is called deprecation. This is stated according to the common domain of the three vehicles; it does not speak of superimposition of phenomena or the extinction of tathatā.
