'Those desires are like dried bones, therefore causing one to have no satiation' uses the subsequent verse to explain the preceding verse. 'Because they are like a scrap of meat, they are held in common by many' also uses the subsequent to explain the preceding. 'Because, like a grass torch being ignited right in front, they intensely burn and torment' is found only in the subsequent verse, not in the preceding two verses. 'Due to unrighteous conditions, like a great fire pit, thirst and craving are generated, etc.'—the five subsequent instances of the word 'because' all use the preceding to explain the subsequent.
