第二番釋中，初頌、顯示待時諸欲者，釋初句。以應說故所以待時，如前初番四復次釋。於邪行者，即第二句依應說安住。邪行果者，即下半頌集招生死。

In the second round of explanation, the first verse shows 'the desires that await their time,' which explains the first line. Because they are what should be spoken of, they await their time, as explained before in the four alternative explanations of the first round. 'Regarding wrong practice' refers to the second line, dwelling in reliance on what should be spoken of. 'The fruition of wrong practice' refers to the lower half of the verse, accumulating and bringing about birth and death.
