即此異生前四所攝，彼說三乘雖達諦理未證法身，亦不能知佛色身等非第一義，不名能見內外二身。制多者，泰云：此翻應供養處，舊云尸提訛也，光云積聚義。

These are the ordinary beings subsumed under the first four. It says that although the three vehicles penetrate the truth of the truths, they have not yet realized the Dharma-body and also cannot know that the Buddha's physical body and so forth are not the ultimate truth; hence they are not called capable of seeing the internal and external two bodies. As for 'caitya' (zhitiduo): Tai says that this translates as 'place worthy of offerings'; the old term shidi is an error. Guang says it has the meaning of 'accumulation'.
