問答重釋中，建立任持者，謂初能安立後能任持。令生令證者，謂有為令生，無為令證也。

In the re-explanation through questions and answers, "establishing and sustaining" means that initially it can establish, and subsequently it can sustain. "Causing to arise and causing to realize" means causing the conditioned to arise, and causing the unconditioned to be realized.
