解行差別中，云又此貪纏住在身中，經久相續乃至為可愛法之所制伏，不能制伏彼可愛法者，此中意明為貪縛故，為境制伏心，非心能伏境，如貪下，瞋慢中文，準此應釋。

In explaining the distinctions of conduct, regarding the statement: 'Furthermore, this entanglement of greed abides in the body, continuing for a long duration up to being subdued by agreeable phenomena, unable to subdue those agreeable phenomena': the meaning here clarifies that due to the bondage of greed, the mind is subdued by the object, and it is not the mind that can subdue the object. Below greed, the passages on anger and conceit should be explained in accordance with this.
