6.64

初文有三：初、標雖已圓滿未自在相善觀察故當得自在；次、釋四處二十二種相；後、彼於如是四處下，明自在相。

The first text has three parts: first, indicating that although perfected, one lacks mastery, and through correct observation one will attain mastery; next, explaining the twenty-two marks across the four bases; afterward, the passage from 'That person, with respect to these four bases...' downward explains the marks of mastery.
