五處者：一、於己雜染相應；二、於己清淨不相應；三、於己雜染相應過患；四、於己清淨不相應過患；五、於己清淨見難成辦，於此五處心俱厭患。
The five bases are: 1. conjunction with one's own defilements; 2. non-conjunction with one's own purity; 3. the faults of conjunction with one's own defilements; 4. the faults of non-conjunction with one's own purity; 5. viewing one's own purity as difficult to accomplish. Regarding these five bases, the mind is accompanied by revulsion.
