Regarding conjunction with defilement having three aspects: Tai says: It generally clarifies that the preceding three kinds of defilement are jointly conjoined, without assigning them individually. Jing says: 1. dying untamed and unsubdued is conjoined with defilement; an arhat's death is called a gentle, subdued death, far removed from defilement, whereas dying untamed is conjoined with defilement; the other two can be understood.
