7.119

下解後三諦，所依滅者，一云，是異熟滅；一云，煩惱障以所知障為所依止，滅此知障，故名所依滅。

Below, it explains the latter three truths. As for 'cessation of the basis': one says it is the cessation of maturation (vipāka); another says that the affliction obstruction has the cognitive obstruction as its basis, and the cessation of this cognitive obstruction is called the cessation of the basis.
