云何於內身等，住修身等觀者，舉內身等取內受心法，餘二准此。

Regarding 'how does one abide cultivating the contemplation of the internal body, and so forth?': raising the internal body and so forth includes internal feelings, mind, and dharmas; the remaining two [external, and internal-and-external] should be understood accordingly.
