三、解資糧已具，法教義教者，外道邪教名為非法，今得真教名為法教，外道所說或有少義或全無義不名義教，佛所說教或有多義或全有義名為義教。

Third, explaining "provisions already fully equipped": regarding the teaching of dharma and the teaching of meaning: the heterodox teachings of non-Buddhists are called non-dharma; now, obtaining the true teaching is called the teaching of dharma. What is taught by non-Buddhists either has little meaning or has entirely no meaning, so it is not called the teaching of meaning; the teaching spoken by the Buddha has much meaning or is completely meaningful, so it is called the teaching of meaning.
