7.388

前中。先、總；次、別；後、結。總中，四句：一、數數隨念；二、同分所緣；三、流注適悅相應等；四、無罪適悅相應。下別解此四句，又由彼念於所緣境至無罪適境相應者，此中意以能除染故得極安穩成辨之道，適悅自體而與相應故名無罪。

In the former: first, in general; next, in detail; finally, a conclusion. In the general part, there are four phrases: first, repeated recollection; second, homogeneous cognitive object; third, continuous flowing joy associated with it, and so forth; fourth, blameless joy associated with it. Below, these four phrases are explained individually. From 'Furthermore, by that mindfulness, toward the cognitive object' to 'associated with a blameless cognitive object', the meaning here is that because it can eliminate defilement, one attains the path of supreme peacefulness and accomplishment, which is joyful in its own nature and conjoined with it; hence it is called 'blameless'.
