若依以二為一數者，初入出息為第十，次入出息為第九，次入出息為第八，次入出息為第七乃至第一。

If relying on counting two as one: the initial in-and-out breath is tenth, the next in-and-out breath is ninth, the next in-and-out breath is eighth, the next in-and-out breath is seventh, down to the first.
