泰云：順數至十已不數十一無數九，次言八乃至二，次言一，故名逆數，婆沙無此。
Tai says: 'Having counted forward to ten, one does not count eleven and does not count nine, but next says eight down to two, and then says one; hence it is called reverse counting. The Vibhāṣā does not have this.'
