今牒第三於所安立五義中，心一境性普遍緣故，故云於所安立普遍相中心一境性及淨諸障離於九種邪加行學於九種正加行等，此則牒前，彼應最初至四種作意者，此則標數，次列四名。

Now recapping the third, among the five meanings of the establishment, because one-pointedness of mind takes universal objects, it therefore says: 'regarding the established universal marks, by means of one-pointedness of mind and purifying obstacles, abandoning the nine kinds of incorrect preparatory applications and training in the nine kinds of correct preparatory applications,' and so forth; this recaps the preceding. The phrase 'he should initially... up to the four kinds of attention' indicates the number, and next lists the four names.
