於毘鉢舍那品者乃至於內外修受心法觀者，觀品四蘊非散亂心名內受心法，取相分別邊名外受心法。

From "Regarding the side of insight... up to ...cultivating the contemplation of feelings, mind, and dharmas internally and externally": the four aggregates of the side of insight, when not of a distracted mind, are called internal feelings, mind, and dharmas; in terms of apprehending marks and conceptualizing, they are called external feelings, mind, and dharmas.
