彼復依止勝解作意能正趣入真實作意等者，上來總於一切有情假作勝解建立三品謂親怨中。

Regarding the passage, "Furthermore, relying upon the attention of resolute intention, one can properly enter the attention of reality," and so forth: above, one collectively established the three grades—namely, friends, enemies, and neutrals—by provisional resolute intention regarding all sentient beings.
