前中初明方便，先於舍宅窓門等善取其相故，泰云：假想在外聚，如囊風聚往來，於內思之如息風往來，於唯二正緣內入出息風，於中先取微細息風經心胸處麁穴往來，次取漸漸於眾多風，乃至遍於一切毛孔風皆隨入，如是所有一切身分風聚所隨，無量風聚於中積集。

In the former, it first clarifies the means, first properly grasping the signs at dwellings, windows, and doors. Therefore, Tai says: provisionally conceiving [them] in external aggregates, like the coming and going of wind in a bellows; internally reflecting upon it like the coming and going of breath-wind; directly taking as object only the internal inhalation and exhalation winds, wherein one first grasps the subtle breath-wind passing through the coarse cavities of the heart and chest, next gradually grasps many winds, up to winds entering throughout all pores; in this way, all parts of the body are accompanied by winds, and measureless aggregations of wind accumulate therein.
