7.59

備云：若入息始從鼻孔終至臍輪，若出息始從臍處至於鼻孔，名若是處轉。入息從鼻漸漸至臍，出息從臍漸漸至鼻，名若乃至轉。即入出息從鼻孔轉時處能隨汝出入二息所行之處，名若如所轉。出入二息無心定時不得而轉，此餘位轉，我隨行時轉，名若時而轉。

Bei says: If the inhalation starts from the nostrils and ends at the navel-circle, and the exhalation starts from the navel and reaches the nostrils, this is called 'occurring at such a place.' When the inhalation goes gradually from the nostrils to the navel, and the exhalation goes gradually from the navel to the nostrils, this is called 'occurring up to [such an extent].' When the inhalation and exhalation, operating from the nostrils, are followed in the places where the two breaths of exhalation and inhalation travel, this is called 'occurring in such a manner.' When the two breaths of inhalation and exhalation cannot operate because the mind is not steady, but they operate at other times when one follows them, this is called 'occurring at such a time.'
