第二解悟蘊修習中，初總辨悟入，云於所取能取二事思惟悟入諸蘊者，思惟所取入出息體及所依身悟入色蘊，思惟能取念入出息同時四蘊即是悟入餘之四蘊。

Under the second section, on the cultivation of awakening to the aggregates: first, it explains awakening in general, stating that 'contemplating and awakening to the aggregates through the two items of the grasped and the grasper' means that contemplating the substantial entity of the grasped inhalations and exhalations and the body upon which they depend is awakening to the form aggregate; contemplating the four aggregates simultaneous with the grasping mindfulness of inhalation and exhalation is awakening to the remaining four aggregates.
