解十五內事中，云乾語者，泰、基同云：謂熱故言語時乾，如世人云乾語、濕笑、踡跼、屈曲，謂由觸對順樂受觸領樂觸緣。

In explaining the fifteen internal affairs, regarding the mention of "dry speech," both Tai and Ji say: It means that due to heat, when speaking there is dryness, like worldly people speaking of "dry speech," "wet laughter," "crouching," and "bending"; it refers to touching contact that conforms to pleasant feeling and experiencing the conditioning factors of pleasant contact.
