8.128

乃至應正比度等以來，明諸色等法大滅壞等易知，剎那生滅難知，以微細故，今將欲辨先發論端。

From [the text] up to "one should correctly infer" and so forth, it clarifies that the gross destruction and so forth of material phenomena and the like is easy to know, whereas moment-by-moment arising and ceasing is difficult to know because it is subtle. Now, wishing to explain it, the opening statement of the treatise is first put forward.
