言彼亦因緣後後展轉乃至作如是事以來，論主解云：此同前解，煎水水火俱有與後後生法為緣，末後無水時不由火令無水，水勢自無令火於後生法無緣故，故今滅法亦無因緣。

Regarding [the passage] from "Those too, through causes and conditions, progressively and successively..." up to "perform such an action," the treatise master explains: This is the same as the previous explanation. In boiling water, water and fire both exist and serve as conditions for the progressively later arising phenomena. At the very end, when there is no water, it is not fire that makes there be no water; the momentum of the water is naturally exhausted, so that fire has no condition with respect to subsequent arising phenomena. Therefore, the ceasing of phenomena likewise has no causes and conditions.
