釋中，云非愛者，是怨。及共財等者，同財。或由惡行加行失壞者，為作失利名為惡作。

In the explanation, regarding "unpleasant ones," these are enemies. Regarding "and common property, etc.," this is shared wealth. Regarding "or ruined through unwholesome actions and application," causing failure and loss of benefit is called "unwholesome action."
