釋云：初修習時名為習姓，後習已成性名性種姓，故此先後非如此論義。
The explanation states: When one first cultivates and practices, it is called the cultivated gotra; afterwards, when practice has matured into one's nature, it is called the natural gotra. Therefore, this sequence is not the meaning of the present treatise.
