測云：此明攝善法戒，中有二：初、明性戒；二、若見若聞已下，現行善。前中有二，初種成，二於己下舉他況己。

Ce says: This explains the morality of gathering wholesome dharmas. Within this, there are two: first, it explains natural morality; second, from 'whether seeing or hearing' onward, actively practicing goodness. Within the former, there are two: first, gotra-accomplishment; second, from 'toward oneself' onward, bringing up others to illustrate oneself.
