前中，泰云：已入十信定無退還，未入十信發而還退，如彼本業經云：十千劫後不退發心，起信論一萬劫前發心有退。
In the former, Tai says: One who has already entered the ten faiths definitely has no regression; one who has not yet entered the ten faiths generates it and then regresses. As that Benye jing says, after ten thousand aeons there is non-regressing generation of the mind; the Awakening of Faith says that prior to ten thousand aeons, generating the mind has regression.
