釋第四於苦無怯。亦有四因，有思擇力，能知我從昔來無利益苦尚能忍，況今有益設苦何畏。

Explaining the fourth, having no cowardice regarding suffering: It also has four causes; possessing the power of reflective discernment, one is able to know: 'From the past onward, I was still able to endure unbeneficial suffering; how much more so now, when it is beneficial—even if there is suffering, what is there to fear?'
