第三有二加行，一、意樂加行者，即是自利利他方便意樂。二、正行加行者，正行二利加行業也。

The third has two preparations: First, the preparation of aspiration, which is the skillful aspiration for benefit of self and benefit of others. Second, the preparation of correct practice, which is the preparatory karma of correctly practicing the two benefits.
