9.24

第三辨異熟果中，初正辨八果，二、菩薩安住異熟果中已下，明諸菩薩要具二事方利眾生，名為熾盛名為隨順。

In the third section, explaining the fruits of maturation, first it directly explains the eight fruits; second, from 'bodhisattvas abiding in the fruits of maturation' onwards, it clarifies that bodhisattvas must be equipped with two factors before they can benefit sentient beings, which are called 'flourishing' and 'in accordance'.
