若能下結，此了知諸佛菩薩起說之意，豈可諸佛菩薩，為令世間起增益執故起說言，將知菩薩如實了知世間眾生起說之意。

From 'if they can' down is the conclusion: this understands the intention of the Buddhas and bodhisattvas in giving rise to expression. How could the Buddhas and bodhisattvas give rise to expressions in order to cause the world to give rise to the grasping of superimposition? One should know that bodhisattvas accurately understand the intention of worldly sentient beings in giving rise to expressions.
