測云：依華嚴等說，初禪等各有四天，何故與此論不同者，彼處就人有差別故分為四天，餘諸經說皆說三者，約住處為三，故不相違。

Ce says: Based on the Avataṃsaka and other texts, the first dhyāna and so forth each have four heavens; why is this different from this treatise? There, because there are differences with respect to persons, they are divided into four heavens; where all other sūtras speak of three, they are three in terms of dwelling places. Hence they do not contradict each other.
