前中，先解化身，似自身或不似為二化，似他身或不似為二化，此四種化與根相似根所依處扶根四塵。

In the first part, it first explains the manifested body: resembling one's own body or not resembling it make two manifestations; resembling another's body or not resembling it make two manifestations. These four kinds of manifestation are similar to the sense faculties, being the bases of the sense faculties, the four sense objects that support the faculties.
