異生、世間清淨因果者，謂人天因果也。若諸煩惱一切永斷乃至名畢竟自利利他者，基云：如無學身中因無漏八道支力增上緣生有漏善法名畢竟也，唯此生故至極果故。

Regarding 'ordinary beings, causes and fruits of worldly purification,' this refers to the causes and fruits of humans and gods. Regarding 'if all afflictions are permanently severed up to being called definitive self-benefit and benefiting others,' Ji says: Just as in the person of one beyond training, conditioned wholesome dharmas arise through the power of the taintless eightfold path factors as an overruling condition, this is called 'definitive,' because only this arises and reaches the ultimate fruition.
