言假立言說依彼轉，故皆無所有。是名非有者，假立言說要依實法方始萌起，而謗所依皆無所有，是名非有，即損減謗。

Regarding "Because metaphorical expressions operate dependent on them, they are entirely non-existent; this is called non-existent": metaphorical expressions must depend on real phenomena before they can begin to sprout; to deprecate their basis as entirely non-existent is called non-existent, which is precisely the calumny of deprecation.
