16.70

"Neither-perception-[nor-non-perception] has eight": namely, the five beginning with faith, mind, vitality, and equanimity. These are formulated only in terms of active manifestation. If formulated in terms of seeds, then speaking generally of ordinary beings and noble ones, all twenty-two faculties can be found fully present in all stages.
