There are six points illustrating the correct doctrine: 1. Difficult to grasp due to remoteness of location. 2. Difficult to grasp due to the four obstructions, as explained earlier in Fascicle 3: the obstruction of concealment and so forth. 3. Difficult to grasp due to minuteness, like infinitesimal particles (paramāṇu) and the like. 4. Difficult to grasp due to mental distraction, like the objects of supernormal powers (ṛddhi) and the like. 5. Difficult to grasp due to sensory impairment, like senility, dullness, illness, and the like. 6. Difficult to grasp due to lack of knowledge, like not grasping another's mind due to lacking the knowledge of others' minds (paracittajñāna). Since these dharmas, although existing, cannot be grasped, you should not say that all dharmas having an intrinsic nature exist and can all be manifested.
