1.125

「彼室宇等，或由造作，或不由造作」者，謂帝釋等城，北俱盧洲諸室宇等，猪狗等室，皆不由作，任業起故。（四食義如章引）

"Those rooms, dwellings, and so forth may be fabricated or not fabricated": this means that the cities of Śakra and others, the various dwellings of Uttarakuru, and the shelters of pigs, dogs, and so forth are all not fabricated, arising spontaneously from karma.
