11.101

論云「無無餘犯」者，無餘者，謂波羅夷，無有餘故，以罪是極故，此聲聞戒。若菩薩戒，無此無餘犯罪也。

The Treatise states: 'There is no offense without remainder'; 'without remainder' refers to pārājika, which has nothing remaining because the offense is the utmost extremity; this pertains to the śrāvaka precepts. In the case of the bodhisattva precepts, there is no such offense of an offense without remainder.
