In the treatise's explanation of suffering, within the previous fifty-five, it states: "The suffering born of the maturation of delusion refers to when it is solitary in intense bodily feeling", etc. This is during the prime of life, hence it says "intense". Why does it say "born of the maturation of delusion"? Because from delusion arise hostility and hatred, one experiences the feeling of the two arrows; the feeling of the arrows depends on being born from delusion, hence it says "born of the maturation of delusion".
